With a Bachelor’s degree in Bioscience and certifications in fitness nutrition and pre/postnatal fitness, Christi has a deep understanding of the science behind health and fitness for moms. In 2016, she became a certified personal trainer and has since worked with numerous clients to help them achieve their fitness goals.
